This initial stage is where goals, objectives, budget, scope and resources for the web site are determined and user research is executed. |

This stage lays out the detail of content and organization of the web site. |

At this stage the project acquires its look and feel, as the page grid, page design, and overall graphic design standards are created and approved. |

Only at this mature stage of the project are the bulk of the site’s web pages constructed and filled out with content. |

This stage is where the money is made. At this point, the site is ready to debut to the world. |

This on-going stage is where the site is handed off to the party responsible for updating content and measuring metrics. |
